Sean, Dave and the crew beyond exceeded my expectations. I was incredibly nervous with hiring someone for this project to finish around our semi in-ground pool. Our yard is challenging, and I often wondered if I could ever make it the paradise i envisioned. I contacted MLS for a small backyard design at my house and I could not be happier of how to project turned out! From the initial phone call, to design meetings, to the execution of the project, Shawn and Dave were always professional, cordial, and patient with all questions and concerns I had. As most homeowners, I shopped around with two other local landscape contractors. MLS was the ONLY company willing to work with my set budget, had the most comprehensive design/proposal, and was cheaper than the other competitors by thousands of dollars! I strongly believe that are two types of companies out there: the ones who are after your money; and the ones who love what they do and want to build a relationship with their clients. MLS is definitely in business because they love what they do and it shows. For instance, I had a very ugly sod damage from ATT digging into the easement portion of my yard. Every time I looked outside and saw the damage that stretched into 1/4 of my yard, I wanted to cry. If you seen the after-mass of ATT digging into peoples properties, you know what I am talking about. I reach out to Shawn asking him if it was possible to save some sod from his digging project so my husband could transfer the grass into the ugly damages. However, my husband was out of country on a family medical emergency, leaving the task to me. Shawn not only fixed the ATT damages free of charge, he also laid out brand new sod to area since my sod was untransferable. My yard is now a small oasis, a place I like to hang out and to look at. I am very thankful for Shawn, Dave, and everyone at MSL crew. If you have a landscape project at your house, big or small, give MLS a call. You won’t regret it.

I had 4 waterspouts from the gutters dropping water into the clay next to my foundation (digging deep holes). I have the metal spout extenders but moving them each time I mowed the lawn was arduous so I hired Shawn & crew to redirect the water underground to safe locations in the yard. They had the yard marked for gas/electric, sent a crew to do it in an afternoon and used quality materials that don’t require any extra effort when mowing. I was impressed by their craftsmanship, the grass looks great (on top of the underground water pipes) and I couldn’t be happier. Will use them for future landscaping projects!
